Chris is the founder of On Target Living and is a nationally recognized speaker, peak and performance living coach, and author of the On Target Living Nutrition and Cooking series of books. CJ embarked on his journey years ago after seeing the problems with health, fitness, and nutrition facing Americans from day to day. He believes that health and wellness is achieved by intelligent nutrition, balanced exercise, and restorative rest and recovery.
