Throughout the years both Tom and I have participated in and encountered many different variations of the “Boot Camp” style workouts being utilized in Fitness Clubs around the world. It was our intent through Cross Train Blitz Fitness Camp to change up the traditional “Boot Camp” workout and revolutionize the Fitness Industry by providing an exciting Fitness experience that not only promotes Health and Wellness through exercise, but gives people the chance to come together and develop social relationships to help bring the fun back into Fitness and Wellness!
Our camp participants range from the young High School Athlete to exercise beginner who may be looking for a good way to get started along their fitness continuum. We incorporate many different types of exercises, a dynamic warm up, self-myofascial release, plyometrics, cardio, strength training, and static stretching during our Fitness Camp. We also incorporate 15 minute “mini lessons” on subjects ranging from nutrition, wellness, supplements, and whole foods at the end of class to help answer any questions that people have. It is our aim to leave no stone unturned for our client’s when it comes to Health and Fitness which allows us to relate to everyone on an individual level during and after camp!
