We created a free course to help you form a habit for daily fitness. You can sign up for the course at this page.
Here is How the Course Works:
The course is delivered via email over the span of nine days. We will send you eight total lessons about forming a daily habit for fitness. It is our belief that if you can improve your fitness you can improve the rest of your life. And the best way to improve your fitness is to get in the habit of doing some activity every day.
In addition, once you master a daily fitness habit, staying active becomes second nature. That frees up some of your precious willpower to improve other areas of your life.
But first we’ll work on The Daily Fitness Habit.
We are focusing on just one aspect of fitness: acquiring the daily habit to be active. Without the ability to make a little bit of progress every day regardless of the season, the weather, or minor crises in your life, eventually you’ll talk yourself out of the daily habit.
We will examine habits and how to find time for them, and how to sustain a new activity long enough to become truly habitual.
This is not the one and only secret to a long and healthy life. Daily activity is important but it’s just one part of the entire process. At some point you’ll also have to improve your nutrition, your rest and recovery, your attitude, and your finances. We live in a complicated world and there’s a lot to handle for modern happiness but it can be managed easily once you improve your processes.
At Boomers Rock, we believe in fixing processes and sustaining them rather than achieving certain goals. If you obsess about too many targets you will exhaust yourself and deplete energy needed to care for yourself.
