Season 5 Episode 4, November 14th,  2015matt-banner_Final-150x150

When Joan Pagano speaks, people should really listen. A wonderful lady, and  long-term contributor to our radio program it endears me to talk fitness and women’s weight training with the premier knowledge giver Joan Pagano.

As she states on her website-

“My mission is to help you manage the aging process with grace. Through the practical resources I provide I can help you restore lost vitality and keep you looking good in your jeans using easy “real life” exercise methods.”

Joan has written 8 books, they are are beautifully designed, her caring attitude is superb and her giving nature is of the utmost integrity.joan_pagano_1

She basically is a rock star in my opinion.  Her website is loaded with free information and is created with you in mind ladies!

“Work out the kinks before you jump out of bed in the morning! Do these gentle limbering exercises to ease into the demands of your day.”

Listen in as uncover stories and inspiration, you will not be disappointed.

In todays show we talk about-

  • The toxic lifestyle
  • Why weight training for women is critical to good health
  • Dealing with intimidation
  • Avoiding Osteoperosis
  • Functional exercises, the pushup and squat

Please listen to Tom Matt’s ‘Boomers Rock’ radio talk show, show 3 season 5 syndicated all over Michigan, the Spartan Sports Network SSN/24-7 website (get the app Spartan Fans), ITunes and here on  November 14th, 2015 below-

Multi-generational cooperation, collaboration and admiration fill this show.  Our guest this week is the President of Michigan State University College of Osteopathic Medicine, which means he is not only connected to his classmates in medical school, he is a respected and influential member of society.  I love young, smart, energized people who want to help make the world a better place!
