Over the last 20 years Tracy has trained hundreds of clients in Los Angeles, New York, and Philadelphia. But she does not live her life in gyms.

??AB ROLL DESTROYER ?? Just tried ab rolling on one leg. It was Killer!!!! Put your weight on one leg, let the other hang back and slide. This is not a slow movement, go hard and fast. ✅ Do 10 reps per leg x 3 sets. ?? Note: Only attempt this if you are advanced on the ab roller.
