Over the last 20 years Tracy has trained hundreds of clients in Los Angeles, New York, and Philadelphia. But she does not live her life in gyms.

Her code: It’s all about consistency.

Every day, Tracy makes a concerted effort to be active and to not just eat but nourish myself. Being dedicated to such a simple goal sharpens her focus and clears the distraction from her life.

??AB ROLL DESTROYER ?? Just tried ab rolling on one leg. It was Killer!!!! Put your weight on one leg, let the other hang back and slide. This is not a slow movement, go hard and fast. ✅ Do 10 reps per leg x 3 sets. ?? Note: Only attempt this if you are advanced on the ab roller.

Aging Gracefully with Joan Pagano

When Joan Pagano speaks, people should really listen. A wonderful lady, and  long-term contributor to our radio program it endears me to talk fitness and women’s weight training with the premier knowledge giver Joan Pagano.

As she states on her website-
