With Justin we always get the sensible tips, as he says during his interview, “athletes are always strong because they work smart”. How you and your form is inextricably connected is one of Justins favorite themes. If your form fits your function will follow. Whatever we decide to choose, consistency matters most.
Greg has a suggestion or two as well, but the biggest tip he has is the simplest, “watch what you click on” seems like good advice. I know I have been click happy myself and found my machines grinding to a slow snail pace. With three locations in the tri-cities area, Greg is easy to find, the problem is he is just so danged busy helping people with their issues. It is a good problem and everyone gets his A-1 care.
