How many people really are the experts when it comes to everything ‘Paleo’? At least one that is for sure and his name is Dr. Loren Cordain, retired Professor with the Department of Exercise Science, College of Applied Human Science, Colorado State University and the world’s foremost authority on the evolutionary basis of diet and disease. Dr. Cordain has now published the only Paleo cookbook you will ever need, “The Real Paleo Diet Cookbook”.
Our Boomers Rock Local guest is our great friend from Harbor Transit, Denny Swartout. We discuss many of the positive attributes you will find with utilizing Harbor Transits services. Staying mobile is a major factor in successful aging, and cost effective transportation will enable you to have that mobility factor. Harbor Transit has not had a fare increase since 2006 and their network of service area continues to grow to serve the Tri-Cities.
Many of us still do not get the whole ‘Paleo’ thing! If you are one of those who does not understand or perhaps know not a thing about it, you really need to listen to Dr. Cordain.
