So in this piece you can get the feel for all of those, and I mean everyone who loses there ambition, just remember to just get started, everybody, (mostly anyway) has the rollercoaster effect in life.
As the year starts, or for that matter you just get moving, it is going to be the goal and the motivation that can keep you from falling flat and becoming another one of many, “Resolution Kuputness”.
I know that’s not a real word, you get my drift though.
Take it slow, just get off the couch and get moving. The old no pain no gain is bullcrap, pain is a warning signal (as I am currently taking a day off form a sprinting hamstring pop yesterday, ugh!) what I want is slow and methodical consistency, the passion will come as long as you do not come down with the dreaded “Kuputness” disease.
You know the high and low of being in shape; frankly you are not alone, so read on, here is a good article to follow up my advice with.
